Job Description:
We have a full or part-time position available for a Dental Assistant to work up to 40 hours per week with the Western Correctional Center for Women (Black Mountain). Scope of work is assisting the dentist with routine general dentistry, including extractions, dentures, partials, exams, x-rays, and trauma cases. The ideal candidate will be available for at least 3 months, have a current DANB Certificate or a NC X-Ray Certificate, and will have worked in a real world dental clinical environment for at least the past full year.
