Dental Hygienist

Job Description:

We are preparing to bid on an exciting opportunity to support the Indian Health Service at the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center (90 miles south of Fargo, ND). We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Dental Hygienist to represent our agency on-site and deliver vital preventive care to the community. The schedule will be Monday-Friday for a duration of 1-year, with four 1-year renewal options. In addition to the hourly rate, we are offering a $815 per month cash benefit health care contribution as well as paid vacation days, paid federal holidays, and paid sick leave.

In this rewarding role, you will perform oral health assessments, periodontal charting, prophylaxis, and maintenance. Responsibilities include removing deposits, applying sealants/fluoride, taking radiographs, and providing patient education. You will also administer local anesthesia/nitrous oxide (as authorized), document care in Dentrix/RPMS, and collaborate closely with the clinic’s dental team.
