Work-Life Balance

Responsibilities

• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and SRP
• Take and review digital radiographs
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Identify and document periodontal conditions
• Assist the doctor during examinations and communicate clinical findings
• Maintain accurate patient records (Open Dental experience preferred)
• Manage an efficient hygiene schedule while providing exceptional patient care
• Ethically educate patients on adjunctive services such as fluoride, whitening, and other preventive treatments

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Local Anesthesia license
• Experience with Open Dental software
• Experience with iTero scanner and digital dentistry
• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages a plus)
• Prior experience in a  high-volume practice
