Job Description:
We are preparing to bid on an exciting opportunity to support the Indian Health Service at the Warm Springs Health & Wellness Center (60 miles north of Bend, OR). We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Dental Hygienist to represent our agency on-site and deliver vital preventive care to the community. The schedule will be Monday-Friday for a duration of 1-year upon contract award.
In this rewarding role, you will perform oral health assessments, periodontal charting, prophylaxis, and maintenance. Responsibilities include removing deposits, applying sealants/fluoride, taking radiographs, and providing patient education. You will also administer local anesthesia/nitrous oxide (as authorized), document care in Dentrix/RPMS, and collaborate closely with the clinic’s dental team.
