Job Description:
We have a position available for a General Dentist to work at a Federal Penitentiary in Sheridan, OR (about 50 miles SW of Portland). The position is available for up to 30 hours per week, to be worked any days Tuesday through Friday, 6:00am-4:00pm.
The dentist will provide general dentistry services at the facility, which includes surgical extractions, molar endo, posts and core, pin retained amalgams, composites, gingival curettage, frenectomies, diagnostic evaluations, dental prosthesis, and preventative treatment for the inmate population including medically compromised patients. All necessary supplies, equipment and materials are provided by the institution.
