Treatment Coordinator

Job Description:

We have a wonderful, well-established Orthodontic practice seeking a Treatment Coordinator, offering excellent pay and great benefits! As the Treatment Coordinator, you will help deliver outstanding patient experiences and facilitate patients getting started with orthodontic treatment, while ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.

Job Overview:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay Range: $25–$30/hour (negotiable based on experience) + monthly bonus
• Benefits: Monthly bonuses, Medical Insurance, Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k)
• Parking: Paid parking lot located one block away; monthly reimbursement provided
• Software: Orthotrac
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Lunch:
  On patient days (typically 2 days/week): 1–2 PM
  On non-patient days: flexible 1-hour lunch
  On non-patient days, the TC completes follow-up via phone/text/email to schedule Consults and Starts.

Qualifications:

• Ability to present financial treatment plans to patients
• Working knowledge of dental insurance
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and willingness to take direction
• Team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering great care
