We’re partnering with a warm, patient-focused private practice that’s looking for a Dental Hygienist to join their growing team. Whether you’re seeking part-time (1-3 days/week) or full-time (4 days/week), this office is happy to create a schedule and compensation package that fits your lifestyle!

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver a comfortable, welcoming patient experience
  • Perform cleanings, scaling & root planing
  • Conduct periodontal charting & oral cancer screenings
  • Take diagnostic X-rays
  • Educate patients on oral health & home care
  • Collaborate with the doctor on treatment planning
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Uphold sterilization & safety protocols
  • Help maintain a well-stocked and organized clinical space

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (Maine or eligible)
  • Local anesthesia certification (preferred)
  • 3+ years experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality care

Schedule

  • Office Hours: Monday – Thursday 8AM–5PM, Lunch from 1PM–2PM
  • No weekends
  • Flexible schedule options available
  • Full-time or part-time

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • No weekends or Fridays
  • Flexible full-time or part-time options

Patient Scheduling:

  • Adult: 60 min | Child: 30 min
  • Perio: 60 min | Scaling: 120 min
  • Max 8 patients/day
  • Hygienists have control over appointment flow

Technology & Setup:

  • Eaglesoft & Schick systems
  • On-site parking available
