Dental Hygienist Jobs in Arkansas
We have a part-time position available for a Dental Hygienist with the Conway Human Development Center. The position is for 40 hours/week, working Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience treating individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The Conway human Development Center is an intermediate care facility for individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Duties to include: (1) Examine the patients teeth and periodontal tissues, and chart findings; (2) Remove plaque, cleaning teeth, and apply topical preventative treatment; (3) Preventative dental health education for patients to promote good oral hygiene techniques.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working in general dentistry and be expected to perform routine hygiene duties, including scaling and root planning, FMDs, probing, Arestin application, and taking digital x-rays. Online charting is a plus, but not required. Please be prepared to provide your hygienist license and resume.
The practice is looking for help every Friday through the end of March. The hours are 7:15am-4:30pm. If you are interested in working (even for part of the time), please express interest in this position. We look forward to working with you.
