General Dentist, Contract Dentist

Job Description:

We have a part-time contract General Dentist position available with the Hartford Job Corps Center in Hartford, CT. The position is for 5 hours per week, to be worked any day Monday through Friday.

The Job Corps program, funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, is a national free education and training program that helps young people learn a career, earn a high school 
diploma or GED, and find and keep a good job. Contract dentist will do the following: Provide initial oral examination for new students (adolescents 
and young adults) and routine general dentistry treatment, including restorative, extractions, anterior endo on strategic teeth, partials and nonsurgical periodontal care; preventative dental health education to students at the center, diagnosis and treatment plan each student, and aid in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the total center dental health program.
