Our services to you and our dental practice clients are the result of significant time and expenditures for recruiting great dental talent, building relationships in the dental community, and tirelessly coordinating placements to keep you working and our practice clients productive. In order to protect our investment in this process and our business, our dental practice clients sign a contract in which they agree not to directly hire a dental pro we have referred to them, without going through Dental Power. We feel it is important that you understand this contractual relationship.
During our professional relationship, we will be relying on each other to keep you working where and as often as you would like. For this mutually beneficial relationship to be successful, we require that you agree to the following simple requests:
1. If a dental practice we have referred you to, ever asks you to work directly for them without going through Dental Power, you will either inform us of the situation or ask them to please call Dental Power to coordinate the job assignment or permanent hire. Keep in mind that if a doctor asks you not to inform Dental Power of a future working relationship with them, they are challenging your integrity, as well as violating their contractual obligation to Dental Power, and they are most likely not someone with whom you would want to create a long-term relationship.
2. Please do NOT ever share information on specific opportunities we have introduced you to, with colleagues or others in the dental community. Many times, work opportunities are either confidential and/or qualification specific, and practices may not want candidates contacting them directly. In addition, doing this can circumvent Dental Power and our investment in the relationship with the practice. Should you have a friend or colleague who may be interested in an opportunity we have discussed with you, please refer them to Dental Power, so that we can properly represent them to the practice.
3. Please keep our office immediately informed regarding any interviews/working interviews, and job or work offers directly made by a dentist or dental practice we have referred you to.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and willingness to accept these terms, and look forward to a long, productive professional relationship.
